To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer and completed customization form are required. Dates are not held without payment and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, we are available for travel. Travel and logistics fees are determined based on event location, load-in requirements, and overall scope of service.

Yes, outdoor setups are permitted only in covered and protected environments to maintain equipment quality and performance.

What are your setup requirements?
To ensure a seamless experience, the following are required:
- Standard doorway access and adequate setup space
- Electrical outlet within 10 feet
- Covered outdoor setup (if applicable)
- Safe and accessible load-in area
Additional fees may apply for complex setups, extended distances, or venues with restrictions.

What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to full payment, as the date has been exclusively reserved and preparation has already begun.
